Today was a typical Monday, I got up and went to the gym to workout. After my aerobics class my friend Melissa and Noah came over to eat stew with me, Jason, and the kids. By then it was time for Andrew to go to school. We wanted to let the Noah and Jade play together, but Jade was in too bad of a mood. As soon as she heard her brother was going to school, she looked at me and said "Don't take me to nap little lady" "OK" I thought it was cute. She eventually got a nap because she was crying too much. Since Andrew is only in school for 2 1/2 hours before I knew it, it was time to go pick him up. I had to wake her up from her nap. Then it was off to dance class. Dance is cute to watch and Jade's best friend Ashley is there. Me and her mom get to catch up and talk. I always in enjoy seeing them. We always end our Monday nights with some yummy Ted's Mexican food, bath time, books, and then bed.
Tomorrow is the kids second dentist appointment. It should be interesting. The first time they went, they did awesome. I hope this trip goes just as well. I will let you know. Other than that this week is pretty boring. Jason is off until Friday and he gets his first paycheck on Thurs... YEAH!!!! I have to get two teeth fixed and pick up my new contacts and glasses on Wednesday. Oh yeah, we also have a birthday party to go to on Wednesday night. Thursday is Karate for Andrew. I only have one more month of dance and karate. I have decided to combine and I put both of the kids in gymnastics on the same night, Monday at 7:30.
Fast day!!!
Today was a lazy day and I loved it... Jason woke up with the kids and got them milk and turned the TV on. I later got up and got them some cereal. Then we slept until 11:00 a.m. Since Jason works until 2 a.m. we are tired. I can't sleep until he gets home, so the rest was well needed. Of course from the time we woke up until now it has been in fast forward. I had to make lunch and coffee at the same time. Then it seemed like Jason was in the shower and off to work before we could even have a conversation. I love the age my kids are right now and I don't want them to grow anymore. They have played so good today. They also helped me get sheets and blankets off of their beds and then helped me make them up.
Yesterday, I took Jaden to school and then went up to Andrew's school and help serve popcorn. It was the first time I had ever ran a movie popcorn machine. Pretty fun... Then last night we went to the Fall Festival at Wayland Bonds (Andrew's school). It was funny because Andrew couldn't understand why we where going to his school at night time. He didn't know what I was talking about when I said Festival. We had a really good time.
The imagination of a kid...
Today I walked in the living room to find my kids playing. It was so cute because I asked what they were playing and Andrew told me a story like a scene from a movie. He said that three of this toys had flown to Mars in their cars and saved the toys. When they brought them back to earth the toys came to life and now the cars can just drive. So they had to go search for a space ship. They found one on the coffee table. My tray that I sit my drinks on. Now all of the toys are flying to Mars (Andrew's Room) on the tray so they can go save the planet.
